Valentines Day Dinner

Valentines Day is next Monday in case you forgot! We have a toddler and we both have to work that day and the next day, so we will be staying in! Someone do something fun and romantic and tell me all about it Tuesday, ok?! We are meat and potato people so we will be having steak and potatoes! And because my husband is a huge brownie fan I am going to make him some and cut into little hearts! Cheesy, I know, but oh well! Happy Valentines Day to all of you!

Salty Flavorful Steak
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons ground pepper
1 teaspoons garlic salt
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon Daragel Grilling Herbs (or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, and 1 tsp. dried parsley)
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Pour over steak and allow to marinate for 2 or more hours.
*** I just used a grilling seasoning that I found at the store and I only had 1 hour to marinate it and it was still amazing!
